The "Friends of the Scuola Normale" Association is a free partnership between institutions and companies that was begun in 1990 with the goal of encouraging innovation at the Normale. In particular, it aims to develop permanent ties between the world of business / entrepreneurs and the Normale, between applied research and pure research.
