Comments and Complaints
It is possible to make comments or lodge complaints for any inefficiency or mismanagement at the Scuola Normale. This can be done directly to the Head of the division involved or, for formal and/or general comments or complaints, to the Office of Public Relations.
There are currently two ways of handling complaints:
-Problems in the Residences
This procedure is reserved to the students, who indicate problems in the residences to the front offices of the same who are them responsible for transmitting them to the correct administrative area.
In case of serious delays in correcting the problems, the students can speak with their elected student representatives.
