The Astrophysics group consists of researchers with interests in various topics in modern High Energy Astrophysics and Cosmology, mostly, but not exclusively, from a theoretical viewpoint.

Elementary Particle Research Group
The group takes part to experiments with accellerators involving extremely wide and international research teams. The center of activity is the CERN in Geneva, where the Large Hadron Collider is now operative.

This includes groups studying Quantum Transport & Quantum Information, Electronic states and optical transitions in solids and the Theory of quantum fluids.
