Research Activity:
My work mainly focuses on the study of coherent transport in semiconductor and hybrid (semiconductor-superconductor) nano- and microdevices. I’m currently involved in the realization and the study of transparent single and double semiconductor\superconductor interfaces between InGaAs (In content 77%) based 2DEG and Niobium. One of my recent results is the realization and the study of coherent transport in semiconducting aharanov-bohm rings in InGaAs\AlInAs based two dimensional electron gas.
