Coarse Grained and Multi-Scale Modeling:

• Multi-scale modeling of HIV-1 replication: study of the viral DNA integration and virion maturation
• Coarse-Grained and multi-scale models of processes involved in DNA replication: Slow dynamics of nucleosomes and plasmids
• Development of Coarse Grained models for the structural transitions in polypeptides and nucleic acids and for protein-protein recognition processes
