The Scuola di Orientamento Universitario is organized into three residential courses, each lasting five days, which will host 230 students of the penultimate year of secondary school, free of charge.
How to access
As indicated in the invitation letter sent to schools starting from 14 March, each upper secondary school, on the basis of the criteria and procedures that it deems most appropriate to follow and taking into account the selection criteria indicated on this page, identifies the students it wishes to nominate, providing them with the reserved link for entering their application. Students can apply until April 14th.
Students must submit the completed application form to the school secretary for appropriate verification of the information provided. Each school must validate the applications of its students by 18 April. Please note that only applications validated using the requested procedure will be accepted. The list of selected students and their respective assignment to the courses will be published on the websites of the three Institutes (Sant'Anna, Normale and IUSS) by 10 May.
The details required for the completion of the application form are: final average grades obtained in the third year and in the first quarter/trimester of the current year, personal interests and certified extracurricular activities, participation in school competitions or other initiatives / educational activities for which an entry selection is envisaged, personal profile, motivation and interest for orientation towards university choice.
The number of admissible nominations for each school is proportional to its number of sections of the penultimate year; a school may send 1 nomination for every 3 sections (from 1 to 3 sections: 1 student; from 4 to 6 sections: 2 students, and so on). In the case of institutions with multiple locations or addresses, the number of sections refers to the structure as a whole). After identifying the students to be nominated, the school will provide each of them with the indications for registering their application.
Institutions that have not received the information will be able to request it at email@example.com
