An introduction to aspects of Classical and Quantum Field Theory, with emphasis on Gravity and its mysteries. The program will vary every year. Examples of topics to be covered are: gauge fields, Fermi fields, aspects of renormalization, symmetries and anomalies, black holes and branes, aspects of Cosmology, compactifications, aspects of String Theory
Providing an introduction to basic ideas of Quantum Field Theory, with emphasis on its applications to the Fundamental Interactions but touching upon also aspects of Statistical Field Theory.
