Programma
The course intends to retrace a decade of great crises and great inventions such as that of the Seventies through a literary, critical and sociological investigation of the poetry written between 1968 and the early Eighties. Starting from the anthology that Antonio Porta published for Feltrinelli in 1979 with Enzo Siciliano, numerous authors of verse will be examined with the aim of probing the relationship between reality and poetic writings in formal terms and meanings. Particular attention will be paid to the link between the languages of poetry and the languages of violence in relation to the value of document and historical and aesthetic testimony that some works still have today in the context of the reflection around one of the most difficult pages of Italian history to interpret: the massacre and the decade of the strategy of tension.
Obiettivi formativi
Acquire tools for understanding and commenting on Italian twentieth-century poetry.
Deepen and compare the most recent theoretical research, both national and international, on the genre of the poetry anthology.
Show hermeneutic skills in the intra and intertextual interpretation of works by one / one or more authors and authors.
Study the history of Italian peosia publishers. Reasoning on the historical matrix of authorial choices.
To deepen the knowledge of the literary, artistic and intellectual work of the Italian poets of the twentieth century.
Reasoning on the notion of canon in the poetic twentieth century.
