  3.       Structural bioinformatics and integrative modeling
  4.       Application to the functional interpretation of omics datasets


Educational goals:

 Aim of the course is to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge of more advanced bioinformatics techniques to face challenges in basic (e.g. structure/function prediction of a protein) as well as translational research (e.g. prediction of disease mutations from genome sequencing).
