Research activity
I do research in experimental particle physics and I am experienced in detector design, building, operation, in data acquisition and especially in data analysis, in "beauty" and "charm" physics with a keen interest in CP-violating asymmetries and CKM parameters, where I have produced the world most precise experimental measurements, as member of the CDF collaboration and currently also as member of the LHCb collaboration.
My activities are mostly financed by the INFN, to which I am associated in Pisa. I am one of the co-founders of local LHCb Pisa Group.
