Elisa Guidi

After studying Philosophy (undergraduate course) and History (graduate course) at the SNS (1994-2003), since 2004 she has been working at the Normale in an administrative capacity. From 2004 to 2013, she dedicated herself to the design of career services and activities aimed at perspective students. From 2013 to 2021 she was Head of the Communications and External Relations Service, working closely with the direction of the SNS: in this capacity, she managed all the events of the SNS, managed its external and institutional relations, and supervised all the activities relating to the image of the School. She coordinated initiatives such as university orientation courses, the SNS music season, La Normale a scuola. In 2020 she awarded the II level Master in Management of University and Reseach at the School of Management of the Politecnico in Milan. Since 2022 she has been Head of the Cultural Events and Internationalization Area, with a general coordination role on: events; orientation courses; career services; psychological support; support for disabilities; relationships with national and international institutions and bodies; mobility; educational and scientific collaborations; international mobility, both incoming and outgoing; management of visiting fellows.
