  • Management of the Director's and the General Secretary's calendar.
  • Management of Correspondence and document filing.
  • Organization of logistics for the Director's meetings, conferences and seminars. 
  • Organization and management of meetings convened by the General Secretary.
  • Coordination of chauffeuring service.
