Career Advisory, plan your career!
The Scuola Normale intends to strengthen its commitment to placement activities, also through the organization of dedicated training initiatives that allow students to become familiar with the useful tools to orient themselves more consciously in their search for the world of work.
Gaining confidence with these issues allows you to face the planning of your own path with greater serenity and awareness, and it is therefore important to deal with these issues not only and not so much at the end of your studies but also in progress, also with a view to personal well-being and balance.
After an initial experiment carried out in 2024, the Career Advisory meetings held by Career Coach Alessandra Zucca will be offered in several editions in 2025, from February to November. Each meeting will be repeated several times to allow the widest possible audience to benefit from these interventions.
The courses may take place in Italian or English, based on the registrations received.
The meetings will be financed within the regional funds relating to the ESF 2021/2027 and will take place according to the following calendar:

Your career coach will be Alessandra Zucca.
After her experience in the HR world, Alessandra in 2015 engaged the career consulting career, using the knowledge acquired as a recruiter to direct and support students, undergraduates, PhD and professionals in finding the most suitable job for them or in changing their career path. She is a consultant for Universities and Business Schools such as Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa and SDA Bocconi and adjunct professor for Polimi Graduate School of Business. Since 2019 she collaborates with OP Solution for career consulting for managers and Senior Managers.
The intervention is financed with the resources of the PR ESF 2021/27 and falls within the scope of Giovanisì, the project of the Tuscany Region for the autonomy of young people.
