Sessions for Undergraduate and PhD Students of the Scuola Normale Superiore
The School organizes dedicated training initiatives designed to help students become familiar with the tools needed to navigate the job market more consciously.
Gaining confidence with these topics allows students to approach their career planning with greater clarity and peace of mind. It is therefore important to engage with these themes not only upon graduation, but also along the way, supporting personal well-being and balance.
The sessions may be held in Italian or English, depending on registrations received.
The sessions will take place according to the following schedule:

First Cycle
22 SEPTEMBER 14:00–17:00 | Skills Assessment (Aula Mancini)
The starting point for everything: who you are, what you excel at, and what you want from your professional future. A guided session to identify your talents, values, and aptitudes, and to finally answer the question: "Which job is right for me?"
22 SEPTEMBER 17:30–19:30 | CV and Cover Letter (Aula Mancini)
Your CV can make all the difference in being recognized as a professional and expert in your field. We will work on your CVs together to make them more effective, impactful, and capable of opening the right doors.
23 SEPTEMBER 09:00–11:00 | LinkedIn and Web Recruiting (Aula Mancini)
Recruiters are looking for you online. Are you ready to be found? Together, we’ll discover how to build a credible digital presence and make the most of online recruiting tools.
23 SEPTEMBER 11:30–13:30 | AI and New Job Search Tools (Aula Mancini)
We will explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence applied to professional opportunities, learning how to use effective tools and prompts to make your applications more targeted and productive.
Location: Scuola Normale Superiore, Piazza dei Cavalieri 7.
The workshops are interactive, based on practical exercises, and designed to make a difference.

Your career coach will be Alessandra Zucca.
After her experience in the HR world, Alessandra in 2015 engaged the career consulting career, using the knowledge acquired as a recruiter to direct and support students, undergraduates, PhD and professionals in finding the most suitable job for them or in changing their career path. She is a consultant for Universities and Business Schools such as Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa and SDA Bocconi and adjunct professor for Polimi Graduate School of Business. Since 2019 she collaborates with OP Solution for career consulting for managers and Senior Managers.
