Since December 2013 I have been the head of the IT Service of the Scuola Normale Superiore where I have been employed since 2009. Previously I worked as a freelancer in the development of websites, web services and multimedia applications for companies and public bodies.
My job includes project management activities, analysis and development of computerization and dematerialization processes, planning, acquisition and management of IT tools to support teaching, research and central administration activities and management of digital transformation through the innovation of delivery models of IT services.
I am passionate about performing arts, theater and digital technologies for entertainment, since 1999 I have been collaborating with some local theater companies as a Lighting Designer. I carry out research activities related to the use of video mapping technologies, natural interaction and virtual scenography for theater and live events.
