Undergraduate students
Declarations
Please note that it is possible to download self-declarations in Italian and English related to your academic career directly from Esse3.
Requests for declarations concerning SNS careers must be sent to the Segreteria via the following online form; you will be able to choose the type of document needed from the options provided and the language in which you want the declaration (Italian and/or English). The signed document in PDF format will be sent via email within ten working days of the request.
University fee refund
Every year, at the beginning of August the Segreteria opens the possibility to request a refund by sending each student the necessary forms and instructions. Requests can be submitted until October 31st of the same year. The timeframes within which the refund of the actual amount owed is guaranteed are detailed below:

For questions regarding discrepancies between the submitted ISEE and the paid fees, the necessary checks will need to be carried out in collaboration with the relevant Office of the University of Pisa. Therefore, in these cases, the timing cannot be guaranteed as described above.
Change of Course Programme

Admission to the thesis discussion
To submit your application for admission to the thesis discussion, you need to log into your Serse page via the PhD Thesis link. The process is entirely online and guided step-by-step by the system itself. We are attaching the prepared guidelines and instructions that can be consulted for filling out the application.

Thesis submission extensions
Requests can be submitted by any student through their personal Esse3 page, from the "Home" menu and then "Extension Requests."
