Recent results on active Brownian particle systems and related models
 

Abstract
The aim of this talk will be to present recent contributions on existence, uniqueness, and regularity of solutions of equations arising as limits of many-particle systems; in particular we shall focus on particles that are self-propelled. Such equations arise naturally in the modelling of interacting agents, competing biological populations, etc. We will give an overview of the field and make links to non-linear parabolic equations, kinetic theory, as well as stochastic analysis.
