Abstract
The purpose of this talk is to consider C1 regularity of viscosity solutions of a class of fully nonlinear free transmission problems of the form Φ^(x,u,Du)F(D2u)=f(x) in B1 for a uniformly elliptic operator F(⋅) and an appropriate function Φ(⋅) satisfying minimal conditions, where ellipticity may degenerate or blow up along the region {Du=0}.
