IRIS Coffee
IRIS Coffee is an initiative organized by the IRIS Institutional Repository staff to support the SNS community with:
- Depositing publications in IRIS.
- Updating CVs in IRIS and LoginMIUR, including the creation and identification of researcher IDs (ORCID, Scopus ID, ResearcherID, etc.).
- Legal and technical issues related to copyright and Open Access.
- Open Access publishing procedures at the SNS.
- Managing research data according to the FAIR principles.
- Completing the Open Science section in project proposals, including support for drafting Data Management Plans (DMPs).
- Questions about the ASN (National Scientific Habilitation) and VQR (Research Quality Assessment).
IRIS Coffee will be held from November 2025 to June 2026, on the second Wednesday of each month, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The meetings will take place in the study and chill rooms on the ground floor of Palazzo della Carovana or at Palazzo Vegni in Florence and online. A small reception will be offered to those attending in person.
Participants are encouraged to bring one or more of their publications to be uploaded to IRIS.
