The functions of the Joint Committee for Equal Opportunity - CUG (Comitato Unico di Garanzia)  are of a proactive and consultative nature, for the development of the culture of equal opportunities, the enhancement of well-being in the workplace and the prevention of discrimination. It makes use of the University services dedicated to promoting well-being in the workplace.
