The course is devoted to the relations between public games e Roman society in a broad chronological perspective, with a particular focus on the city of Rome. Three supplementary teaching modules will be dedicated to different kinds of sources.

This course is intended for undergraduate students and is open to PhD students. Knowledge of Latin and ancient Greek is required.
