The Catering Service manages catering for students, teaching staff, Technical and Administrative Personnel (PTA) and external guests.
* Dispensing of meals in the ways specified by the regulations of the Scuola.
* Planning and management of the supplying of raw materials, the production of meals in accordance with the HACCP system, with menus planned according to the users and to predefined cost and quality targets.
* Product-related checks on foodstuffs, manipulation processes, cooking and conservation of food in compliance with the HACCP regulations.
* Activities connected to access control to the Catering Service (consigning of badges, collecting of money for meals, etc.).
