The provisions and acquisition service manages tenders and the acquisition of goods and services, and plans the acquisitions.

Main activities

* Definition of the planning and strategies for acquisition and development, and the use of new operative channels and tools
* Management of negotiating activities above the EU threshold and of tenders.
* Management of negotiating activities below the EU threshold (with the exclusion of activities managed at individual structures).
* Management of the measures required by anti-corruption and transparency laws in relation to the procedures of the assignment for the provision of goods and services.
* Support to the “Responsabili Unici del Procedimento” (the managers in charge of the procedure) of the Scuola for the entire duration of contracts.
