EELISA for students

EELISA gives you access to a European university network that integrates academic training, international co-operation and emphasis on the social repercussions of research and innovation. The alliance promotes training and project opportunities shared among the partner institutions, in a structured framework of collaboration.

Digital Campus

The Digital Campus is a reference platform for the activities of the alliance. Using this tool you can consult the teaching programme, get in touch with thematic academic communities and follow the evolution of the initiatives programmed.
Registration on the platform enables you to:

• access international courses, seminars and training activities;
• join the EELISA Communities, work groups dedicated to topics of global relevance, such as climate change and digital technologies;

• monitor workshops, challenges and other opportunities promoted by the partner universities.

Mobility and Training Programme

EELISA promotes experiences of international mobility, of short or long duration, including summer schools and internships at the partner institutions. Internship opportunities are available through the Digital Campus or can be arranged independently by applying to an Erasmus+ Traineeship call issued by the Scuola Normale Superiore. These initiatives contribute to the enrichment of the educational curriculum and foster integration in European academic contexts.
The alliance also issues EELISA Credentials, official attestations of the skills gained by participation in the Communities and the connected activities, with potential value at the professional level.
In addition, events, challenges and hackathons at the European level are organised, aimed at project experimentation and collaborative work in interdisciplinary contexts.

Student participation: EELISA Student Council

The EELISA Student Council is the representative body of the student component within the alliance. It contributes to the decisional processes and promotes a perspective of a European university based on co-operation, integration and inclusion. Two students per institution take part in the EELISA Student Council.

Incoming Students: You@SNS

Students coming from EELISA's partner universities can take part in the activities promoted by the Scuola Normale Superiore, including seminars, workshops and challenges open to the entire alliance.
To consult the specific educational programme of the Scuola Normale Superiore, you can access the  Digital Campus and select the Scuola Normale Superiore from the search filters.
If your university of provenance has activated an Erasmus+ agreement with the Scuola Normale Superiore, you can also spend a six- or twelve-month mobility period at the Pisa or Florence site, attending courses and taking exams in accordance with the specifications of the agreement.
