EELISA for the technical-administrative staff

EELISA does not involve only the students, lecturers and researchers. The technical-administrative staff plays a determining role in the functioning of the alliance and in the processes of European integration of the Scuola Normale Superiore.
Participation in the EELISA activities offers opportunities for professional development, dialogue with colleagues from partner universities and the sharing of organisational practices in a structured international context.

International mobility: Erasmus+ Staff

Staff mobility is a qualifying tool for skills enhancement and for the innovation of the internal processes. The Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) programme provides the possibility to spend training periods, study visits or job shadowing activities at EELISA’s partner universities and other European institutions.
These experiences enable the acquisition of methodological, organisational and linguistic skills, with positive repercussions for work practices and the services offered to the academic community.

Digital Campus & AGORA Community

The technical-administrative personnel may also take part in the activities promoted via the Digital Campus, the alliance's platform that gathers training proposals and the dedicated initiatives.
Registration enables you to consult specific workshops and courses for administrative personnel.
Also active within the alliance is the AGORA community, a space for permanent dialogue connecting the personnel of the partner universities, with the aim of sharing good practice and of developing common projects in the organisational and management fields.
