REDUCTIONS AND PROMOTIONS
Important news: Old season ticket holders are entitled to a reduced ticket upon showing their 2022/23 season ticket.
Students and all academic, research and administrative staff of the higher education institutions (Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Scuola Superiore di Studi Avanzati of Trieste, GSSI Gran Sasso Science Institute, Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca, IUSS Scuola Universitaria Superiore Pavia, Scuola Superiore Meridionale) are entitled to a reduction upon showing their membership card.
Alumni and alumnae of the Scuola Normale Superiore are also entitled to a reduction (subject to request for certification of status at concerti@sns.it).
Reductions: Those who are over 65; Soldiers on duty; ARCI, ACLI, ENDAS members and protected categories; Members of the Amici della Lirica Associations; Members of Associations and Clubs formally associated with the Teatro di Pisa; Season ticket holders of the Concerts of the Normale; Controradio Club; Radio Toscana Classica Card; Associazione Stampa Toscana; FAI Fondo Ambiente Italiano; TCI Touring Club Italiano, CTT NORD pass holders and employees (CPT, ATL, CLAP VAIBUS); La Feltrinelli-Carta Più and Carta Multipiù .
Unicoop promotion: as per agreement members of COOP- Unicoop Firenze are entitled to the Unicoop promotion.
Carta Studente della Toscana: holders of the Tuscany Student Card will be able to purchase tickets at the price of € 10.00.
DSU Diritto allo Studio: all students enrolled at Universities in Tuscany will be able to book tickets with a 50% reduction by booking on the website www.dsu.toscana.it in the Servizi Cultura Orientamento Sport section for pre-established dates and following specific instructions.
Please note: When purchasing tickets, proof must be shown (arci, coop, student cards etc.) together with an identity document. Proof may also be requested at the entrance to the shows.
HOW AND WHEN TO BUY TICKETS
TICKET OFFICE AT THE THEATRE
Opening ours: from Tuesday to Saturday 11 am-1pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays also from 4 pm to 7 pm.
On any midweek holidays the box office is closed, unless otherwise stated. Tickets are sold starting from one hour before the beginning of the show (only for the scheduled performance). Current account cheques are not accepted. Debit cards and credit cards, Visa, Carta Sì, American Express, Master Card and Postepay are accepted.
During the first days of presale, or when there is high demand, an hour before the opening of the Botteghino an automatic number system will be put into operation in order to control access to the sales desk. The numbers issued will be valid only for the ongoing session.

The service allows you to choose any seat on the plan, at any price (full, reduced, promotional) and there are no additional commissions. Payment is by credit card. On midweek holidays this service will not take place.
VIVATICKET CIRCUIT
Tickets for the shows can be purchased, only at full price, through the Vivaticket circuit, the official pre-sale channel of the Teatro di Pisa, and the only one authorized:
- ON-LINE, by credit card on the website www.vivaticket.com and from the link on the homepage of the theatre website; the seat plan, updated in real time, can be viewed; manual selection or best-seat. Additional fees will be applied.
- Vivaticket SALES POINTS: about 400 throughout Italy, over 20 in Tuscany. The complete list can be consulted by clicking on shop.vivaticket.com/ita/ricercaapv . Additional fees will be applied.
- The box office of the Teatro Verdi in Pisa is also a sales point of the VIVATICKET circuit: it is therefore possible to buy tickets for a wide range of national events.
