LIFTT is an operating investment company, chaired by the scientist and entrepreneur Stefano Buono. Its aim is to guarantee high visibility to ideas and new businesses at a national and international level, investing and attracting capital, and offering a dynamic and modern vision of Venture Capital as applied to Technology Transfer.

The purpose of the workshop is to introduce LIFTT to the potentially interested researchers, who might have technologies that can benefit from such investment and be willing to explore exploitation and commercialization opportunities.
