    The aim of this workshop is to bring together junior and senior researchers working on minimal surfaces, with a particular emphasis on the nonlocal approximation, and to introduce young participants to the most recent developments in this field through two minicourses. The invited speakers are chosen from among experts in the fields, working in particular on nonlocal geometric problems, harmonic maps, diffuse approximations of the area, and the regularity theory for minimal surfaces.
