The Research Assessment and Open Science Service supports the activities of research assessment, manages the institutional catalogue of research products, promotes Open Science and supports lecturers and researchers in the correlated activities.

 Main Activities

* Support for the institutional activities of the Pro-rectors of reference in the field of research assessment (VQR [Research Quality Assessment] and internal assessment) and of the research structures of the Scuola (laboratories/centres).
* Management of the institutional catalogue of research products (IRIS) and of the correlated activities, and in particular: validation of the deposit and the publication of products and their related metadata in the institutional archive and on the basis of the existing rights; preparation of the operative guide lines of assistance for authors and support in the management of copyright. 
* Reporting related to the Open Science activities of the Scuola and support to its Commission for open access to scientific literature. 
* Awareness and training activities regarding the themes related to Open Science.
