NRRP PhD Scholarships

Starting from 2022, in order to implement the initiatives envisaged within the M4C1 component "Strengthening the offer of education services: from nursery schools to universities" (Investment 3.4 and Investment 4.1) and M4C2 component "From Research to Enterprise” - Investment 3.3, through Ministerial Decrees, the financing of new PhD scholarships has been envisaged both on generic research topics and in programs dedicated to digital and environmental transitions, public administration, cultural heritage and innovative programs for the needs of businesses.

The resources assigned to the Scuola Normale Superiore are contained and regulated by: Ministerial Decree DM 351/2022 and Ministerial Decree DM 352/2022 XXXVIIIth Cycle (a.y. 2022-2023), Ministerial Decree DM 117/2023 and Ministerial Decree DM 118/2024 for the XXXIXth Cycle (a.y. 2023-2024) and tho most recents Ministerial Decree DM 629/2024 and DM 630/2024 pfor the XLth Cycle (a.y. 2024-2025).

In addition to the PhD scholarships financed under the M4C1 and M4C2 components, the Scuola Normale Superiore is also the administrative headquarters of PhD Programmes which include scholarships financed with other resources and investment lines powered by the NRRP.
