The students administrative service manages students' careers, educational and off-site activities in joint supervision.

Main Activities

• Programming and management of the admission and career of the students of the undergraduate and PhD course up to the final stage (final exam/PhD thesis)
• Activities inherent to the management of scholarships and study awards.
• Agreements for doctorate theses in joint supervision.
• Management of student off-site activities.
• Assistance to the lecturer-student Peer Commissions

• Monday and Wednesday: 2:00 - 3:30 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
