What can migrant workers teach us about solidarity, resistance, and collective action in Europe today? The FIREwork Seminar Series welcomes Sarrah Kassem for a discussion of her extensive research on labour struggles in the logistics sector. Adopting an intersectional approach, Kassem’s work examines the agency of workers from the Middle East and North Africa, highlighting how they actively reshape labour struggles, collective action, and shop-floor organizing.
